Join us early at 6p at the Labyrinth if you’d like to get a walk in before the sound bath. Take the time to practice some self care! We’ll relax with a Sound Healing inside after walking the Labyrinth. Please plan to arrive by 6:45 if you’re not walking, so we can start on time, thank you! Bring your yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket and maybe an eye pillow. Come get cozy and settle in to allow yourself some moments of peace. Please note this is a donation-based event, with all donations going to our practitioner.
