This event will be held in the sanctuary of the Unity chapel.Come join us - participants will relax while sound waves wash over them. Gina will play crystal bowls, a crystal pyramid, drums, and native flute. Sound baths are relaxing, meditative and immersive experiences that can aid in reducing stress, easing anxiety, and promoting a sense of well-being. Participants should bring a mat or blanket to lay on and a small pillow if desired. Sound baths can be contraindicated for people with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy, metal implants, heart conditions, and some forms of epilepsy. If you have concerns, please check with your doctor before participating. You are also welcome to contact Gina with any questions or concerns.
