This month is focused on the Sacred Drum and the powerful Gong, Ending with a blissful journey throuh crystal singing bowls to bring you back into alignment!
Sound Baths are a way of achieving a mediative state in which allows the vibration of sound to heal on multiple levels . What to expect:
- Guided meditation with Holy Fire Reiki
- Grounding with Crystal Singing Bowls
- Powerful Gong and Sacred Drumming
- Cleansing of elemental water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks
- Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled.
*Yoga mats and cushions are provided if you need. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, mats and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably. 2 Arm chairs will be provided for those who can not lay down flat for the full event.
