Hello Marauders On the 8th September we will meet for our monthly catchup chat and to discuss our group. We welcome to our session Huw Jones from Age Cymru.
Age Cymru provides confidential impartial and expert advice to older people their families friends carers and professionals. It’s the largest charity working with and for older people in Wales.
Huw has been an advocate for the charity for 17 years and has also been involved in the mental health sector too. Huw will been giving us advice on carers Alzheimer’s and any other support. He will be with us from 10.
