About this Event
Join us at the sacred fire to be in community with our fellow sentient beings (human and non-human) to build connections and friendships, and to learn how to receive guidance from the unseen realm. No prior experience with shamanic journeying is necessary - all are welcome to come and learn from the community.
Each gathering will include sacred welcoming and opening of the space, guided shamanic journey, and integrative discussion circle. There will be an altar to charge your personal items throughout the gathering. Topics will vary month to month but will be shamanic in nature. You can meet your spirit guides or power animal, learn about energetic hygiene and other shamanic practices, and receive healing through witnessing in community.
Bring a pen and notepad or journal for taking notes or writing down reflections from your journey. You may also want to bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to use when we journey. You are welcome to bring a drum, rattle, or other shamanic instrument, if you have one.
Gatherings are held outdoors around a ceremonial fire so please dress accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to a covered outdoor space or indoors to the 245 Middle Haddam Rd house.
Open to beginners and to those who are already familiar with shamanic journeying. If you have been to one of my cacao ceremonies, then you already have some experience in and familiarity with shamanic journeying.
Donation-Based (suggested donation of $15). Bring your donation to the gathering. If you cannot afford a monetary donation, bring items of energetic exchange for myself and the farm (e.g., crystals, herbal products, etc.). Appropriate for age 14 and above.
