Our monthly Sewcial at Noah’s is aimed at ALL sewers (pronounced so-ers, not sue-ers!) who would like to develop their skills a bit more whilst having a natter with some like-minded people! We can start you off from the very basics or help you through more complex techniques and patterns. Your level, your pace, your projects!Each month you and your sewing machine can join us for 2 hours of unadulterated creativity. You can either bring along your own projects to work on or pick one from our file of Moho patterns. I will be on hand to help, support and guide you in whatever way you need and, of course, I will always re-thread those pesky needles!
If you’d like to join us you MUST bring your own sewing machine which is in good working order (if it has been in a cupboard for years, treating it to a professional service might not be a bad idea!). You will also need to bring your own sewing kit, equipment and materials. If there’s anything you need that you don’t have, we will have our mini haberdashery shop with us where you can buy whatever you fancy to build up your toolkit and fabric stash.
The cost of each session is £15.50 which includes tuition, handouts and a brew and cake. Places are limited so you MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE by either messaging us here or calling in at Noah's Ark Cafe.
We are right excited about these sessions and hope that you will join us to see what we can create together!
The workshop runs on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7-9pm.
