Join us Saturday, January 3rd. Ring in the new year by helping to create a person who can defend themselves! Hosted by two local women, who hold black belts in Kwanmukan karate, and other arts. We will be hosting an adult beginner's self-defense seminar from 6pm-8pm. All are welcome to this adult class that will focus on simple, easy to remember techniques that really work. This class will focus on basic striking and how escape common holds/grabs for people of all sizes. No experience necessary.
We offer a friendly environment that is accepting of people from all walks of life.

Space is limited. $40 per person. Can be paid by venmo upon registration, or with cash or check the day of.
