Directions: Just walk around the back of the pub and through the beer garden. You'll see blue double doors leading down into the basement – that's where we're located.

Our next Monthly Muster - Veterans Distilling Day is a not-to-be-missed event, set against the backdrop of our welcoming distillery, promising a day of camaraderie, craftsmanship, and, of course, excellent spirits.
Agenda:
10:30 AM: Doors open with a warm Meet and Greet. Start the day right with a delightful morning tea, offering a selection of treats to complement your welcome.
11:00 AM: Dive into the heart of the event with two unique distilling experiences:
Gin School: Engage in a wonderful sensory experience by crafting your own gin to take home. Under the guidance of our skilled distillers, you'll explore the intricate process of gin making.
Veterans Gin Distillation: Witness the larger distillation process of our Veterans Gin. We will be using a traditional London Dry style enhanced with aromatic Rosemary and distinctly Australian Lemon Myrtle. This special batch is a tribute to our veterans, with $5 from each bottle sold being donated to the National Centre for Veterans Health. This contribution provides discretionary funding to support veterans in need.
