A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes and drums.
Enjoy subtle essential oil blends, soft eye pillows, and warm atmosphere as you immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments reducing your stress and creating a sense of balance and wellbeing.
