Saturday 7th December 9.15am - 10.45am (this session will be themed around the first quarter moon as well as the new moon)
Led by; Emma Roberts
About this event;
These monthly Saturday sessions will be themed and held around either the new or full moon of the month. With an hour of physical; warming up the body with stretches followed by yoga postures, a 15 minute savasana, a meditative restorative pose and finishing with 10 - 15 minutes of journaling around the themes of the new or full moon to bring to light what’s new, ready to be refined, let go of or revisited.
These monthly Saturday sessions are offered with the hope of creating a space to see, be and connect in to the moon energy and in turn our own inner wisdom and cyclical nature. Decompressing from the week, connecting inward and then from that place ready to connect outward again.
