“It’s hard to teach hungry kids.” With that sentence, our Mobile Food Pantry was born. On the first weekend of the month, every month, a team from SPW shops, sorts, packs and delivers sustenance for 60+ food insecure families whose kids attend our nearby public school. Meal bags include green beans, potatoes, rice, cereal, many other non-perishables along with eggs, milk and frozen ground beef. Our recent partnership with the Capital Area Food Bank has greatly expanded our ability to serve our neighbors.Meal bags are packed on Friday night from 7-8pm.
Meal bags are delivered on Saturday morning from 10am - 11am
