Join us at the lovely St Bridget’s Centre in West Kirby on Sunday 7th September for our Monthly Mindfulness Session 6:30pm – 8:30pmWhat to expect at the monthly Mindfulness session
The sessions will be a mix of mindfulness practices along side some discussion based elements around different mindfulness themes. All physical practices are completely accessible to all abilities and can be followed in a chair.
We provide yoga mats but you may want to bring your own. You may also want to bring a blanket and a cushion for some of the lying down practices to assist finding a comfortable position but this is optional.
The Venue – St Bridget’s Centre – Hilbre Room
The course will run at St Bridget’s Centre in West Kirby. We will be in the lovely Hilbre Room which is a peaceful, airy, light room with a lovely view across to the church.

St Bridget’s Centre – West Kirby
The Centre is located behind St Bridget’s Church in the old village of West Kirby on St Bridget’s Lane adjacent to St Bridget’s Primary School. Access is available from St Bridget’s Lane or through the Churchyard from Rectory Road and Church Road.
