Every month we organise the following activities in aid of raising awareness for mental & physical health. Bi-Weekly Hike - Starting at the Callisthenics Park at the top of Parque Eduardo and making our way along the bike path to Monsanto. Fresh air, good company, good chats and plenty of movement. We start at 10am and finish for about 12.00.
Monthly Barefoot Beach Walk - We also organise a monthly barefoot walk from Caparica to Aroeira, taking in 13 stunning beaches. Next up is Wednesday 21st May 2025.
