Every month we organise the following activities in aid of raising awareness for mental & physical health. We have a monthly hike with the next one on Thursday 13th March. We also organise a bi-weekly boxing meet-up. Full details for both events below and how to join:Monthly Hike - Starting at the Callisthenics Park at the top of Parque Eduardo and making our way along the bike path to Monsanto. Fresh air, good company, good chats and plenty of movement. We start at 10am and finish for about 12.00.
Bi-Weekly Boxing - Lisbon Punch is our bi-weekly boxing meet-up at the Calisthenics Park close to Santo Antonio, full address in the poster attached. Involve plenty of exercise, some pad work, routines and sparring for anyone who wants too.
