We are delighted to announce a new monthly men only breathwork and meditation workshop at Holistic House Skipton!
We recognise there is a need and a demand for men to have a space to connect, chill out, de-stress and experience the profound mental and physical benefits that various breathwork and meditation techniques can provide.
Dan Conneely from Gen Zen Meditation UK will take you through 90 minutes of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation, giving you tips, tools and techniques that you can take away and use in your every day life.
These workshops are suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, and will be run with the aim to become monthly.
A note from Dan - "I'm really excited about sharing potentially life-changing knowledge and techniques with like-minded people. 20 years ago you would never have found me near a wellness session, but my life has completely changed and meditation and breathwork has been a huge part of that. In these sessions you can get involved as much or as little as you like. We don't set any expectations or expect anyone to do anything they are not comfortable doing. You'll be well looked after, and we'll have lots of fun doing it.”
