We'll continue our conversations around the types of tiny houses, their specific requirements and tiny house communities. Our Guest Speaker, Diedre Kolb of Poplar Creek Tiny House Community in Rutherfordton, NC, will share some insight into her journey of developing the community.
About the event host: Cooperative Communities: Through education, advocacy, collaboration and partnership, we’re working to disrupt the housing status quo to create and build safe, inclusive, attainable and equitable communities.
Learn more about tiny houses, tiny house communities and community building through lectures, tours, workshops and information sharing. We’ll gather like minded folks, we’ll talk about affordable and sustainable solutions, housing advocacy and the work being done in the surrounding areas to create zoning and policy change.
