We'll continue our conversations around the types of tiny houses, their specific requirements and continue exploring Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Our Guest Speaker, Lakisha Mitchell-Mellor, will be in person this month for Part two of this overview. She'll share practical advice and tips for property owners looking to build and rent ADUs. She'll also delve into the permitting process and navigating regulations.
