This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from and connect with artists from diverse backgrounds.
Following a short break for networking and socializing, we’ll dive into the general membership meeting at 7:45 PM. During this time, we’ll discuss upcoming events, workshops, and other opportunities to engage with the local art community.
Whether you're an artist, an art enthusiast, or simply curious about what we do, you’re warmly invited to join us. Our meetings are free & open to all and provide a welcoming space to celebrate art and creativity. See you on the second Monday of the month!
February Guest Speaker
Since the age of 19, Amanda Freeman has been a small business owner. Now, more than two decades later, and with a background in psychology, user experience, and design, she has made it her mission to help others navigate the path of small business ownership in the digital realm. Her specialty is mainly in full-scope creative direction strategy that includes web design, copywriting, graphic design, photography, and brand management, but she helps businesses with projects of all sizes. Each of her clients may be different in industry, years of experience, and general goals, but their successes all boil down to one thing; They are all making an impact in their communities.
Amanda is a hype girl at heart and lives to cheer on small businesses and support local every chance she gets. She is always excited about mom and pop coffee shops, small town book stores, neighborhood farm stands, and getting to know anyone with a passion for what they do. She is forever on board with good humans making a positive difference in the world. When she is not running her three businesses, she enjoys cheering on her two tween boys, snuggling her 100 pound soul dog, Bowie, or cooking up something special in her way too small kitchen.
