ICAN of Northern Nevada is a chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery, and promoting Vaginal Birth after Cesarean (VBAC).
This group is a peer support group and we want to learn from each other and make meetings as useful as possible.
Please feel free to show up late and/or leave early as needed.
Partners, babies, kiddos, and other support people are always welcome.
Biggest Little Baby also has an adjacent playroom where kids can hang out!
