Our first monthly meet of 2025 Happy New Ladies! Exciting year ahead for our little group and we thought we would kick it off with our Liz coming over to do a Dance inspired work out class. This incorporates well known dance styles to music. All abilities catered for and this is so much fun to do. We will also be having a chat about witchcraft as some of the group has requested. Looking forward to seeing you all after our Christmas break.
