Monthly Meditation Sound Bath

Enjoy a soothing sound bath experience at a serene meditation center in Honolulu. During a sound bath, you'll immerse yourself in a meditative journey, surrounded by an array of enchanting sounds and vibrations produced by various singing bowls and other multiple instruments.
As you recline and surrender to the moment, you'll notice your breath naturally slowing down. Simultaneously, your brainwave activity gently transitions from higher to lower frequencies, gently guiding you into a profound altered state of consciousness.

A sound bath is a unique and transformative experience that offers a plethora of benefits for both your physical and mental well-being. No prior experience is necessary, and we warmly welcome both first-time participants and those with previous experience to join us.

Please remember to bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on if you wish to enhance your experience. Additionally, we recommend bringing an eye mask to immerse yourself fully. Feel free to bring any other items that contribute to your comfort, such as a blanket, cushion, pillow, or bolster. Staying hydrated is important, so be sure to drink water before and after the sound bath. The session will take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather.

サウンドバス(音浴）とは、リラックスやストレス軽減、全体的な健康増進を目的としたセラピーの一種であり、世界中で注目を集めています。近年、多くの人々が音浴を受けることで、精神的なリフレッシュや体調の改善を目指すようになってきています。

音浴は、古代のチベットを始めとする様々な文化や伝統から発展してきたもので、現在は世界各地で、プラクティショナーによる独自のアレンジや改良を加えながら行われるようになりました。現在では、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジア、オーストラリアなど、世界中の様々な地域で音浴が提供されています。

ダイヤモンドヘッドを見渡せる丘の上の静かなメディテーションセンターで、サウンド・ヒーリング・ハワイの音浴を是非ご体験下さい。当日は、アスファルトか床の上に横たわる為のヨガマットなど、身体が寛げるために必要な物をお持ち下さい。お持ちでない方はレンタルマットをご用意致しますので、事前にご連絡下さい。2:50pmまでに受付を済まして頂き、3:00pmにセッションを開始いたします。お席は自由席となりますので、お早めにご到着下さい。
