Each month we present and practice a different meditation style or technique, giving you a variety of options to experience the benefits of meditation. Our focus for January is the yogic energy system known as the chakras. Though there are several found throughout and around the body, our class will center around the seven found along the spine. We’ll work to not only identify these centers, but also to experience the flow of energy within and between the centers, increasing your overall sense of wellbeing. Monday January 19, 6:45-7:30pm
