The March edition of Monthly Meditation offers the practice of Anapanasati, or mindfulness of breath. This guided meditation uses a structured framework to assist students in achieving a calm, quiet place within, excellent for relieving stress and tension. In addition to this, our evening also includes gentle movement, sound bathing, and optional aromatherapy. It’s quite lovely. Monday March 31, 6:45-7:30pm
