Join us for a grounding meditation and art session with your hosts Amy and Jennifer.Located at StArt Open Studios, 3 West Tower Street, CA3 8QT our event promises a relaxed atmosphere.
Jennifer will open the session by guiding you through a calming meditation to bring forth creative ideas. Amy will then guide you through a creative flow session with all materials provided. We will close the session with refreshing herbal tea and chat.
This month we will be focusing on our creative flow and what imagery the meditation brings forth using the medium of Collage.
