MARA MEETING DAY UPDATE FOR 2026:The montly open MARA meeting is being switched to the 3rd WEDNESDAY of every month.
(For the past 35 years it has been held on the 3rd Thursday - however, that co-incides with the meeting of the Parks and Recreation commission and since the active members of MARA want to attend the commission meetings to keep the need for a park in the Montecito area at the forefront of the commission's deliberations we have decided to change MARA meeting day to the 3rd WEDNESDAY.
We are attempting to update the webpage, but WIX.COM has locked us out of editing it despite haveing just paid for it all in November. All in all a very frustrating event. - communications with support are continuing!
