About this Event
Start the year with clarity, grounding, and renewed inner space. This 90-minute healing session combines conscious connected breathwork, journaling, and sound healing to help you release last year’s emotional tension and invite new energy for 2026.
We begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, followed by guided journaling prompts to help you recognize what you’re ready to let go of—and what you want to welcome into your life.
You’ll then move into conscious breathwork, a rhythmic and intentional breathing practice that supports emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. This style of breathwork can help clear stuck energy and create a sense of spaciousness and renewal.
We close with soothing sound healing using crystal and Tibetan bowls to integrate the experience, calm the body, and anchor your intentions.
This session is ideal if you’re seeking emotional clarity, energetic cleansing, or a meaningful way to begin the new year.
