📝 What to Expect:
- Notebooks & Candles: Each participant will receive a notebook to dive deep into their thoughts and feelings, along with a candle to symbolize release and renewal.
- Thematic Journaling: Together, we’ll explore meaningful themes each full moon brings – writing prompts will include:
- Page of Gratitude – A chance to reflect on what you cherish!
- Page of Goals – Set your intentions for the upcoming cycle!
- Page of Affirmations – Empower yourself with positive declarations!
- Open Sharing Circle: 🌈 Let’s share our struggles from the past months as well as celebrate the victories! Each person will get the opportunity to speak, fostering connection and community.
- Candle Ritual: 🕯️ As we light our candles, we’ll focus on what we’re ready to let go of and pray for the release of what no longer serves us.
- Affirmations of Empowerment: We’ll close our circle affirming our power and worthiness with collective affirmations.
- Celebration of Gratitude: We’ll end with a powerful group gratitude session, coming together as equals, manifesting our dreams and supporting one another’s journeys. 🤝❤️
