Full Moon Breathwork: Ancestral Integrating
We’re gathering on the full moon during the time when many cultures honor the dead: Día de los Muertos, All Saints’ Day, Samhain.
This breathwork session is about connecting with our ancestors, the people who came before us who faced hard times like we’re facing now. We’re calling in those who survived fascist takeovers, colonization, and impossible odds. We’re also calling in ancestors who caused harm but want to make things right through us.
Through breathwork, we’ll remember that we didn’t just inherit trauma - we also inherited resilience, joy, resistance, and strength. We’re creating space to integrate all of it, to tap into ancestral wisdom, and to remember we’re part of a long line of people who made it through. You’re welcome here. No experience needed. Just bring yourself and breathe with us.
