Each Full Moon we gather in circle to release what weighs heavy, ground our energy, and reconnect with our inner rhythm. Through rhythmic drumming, meditation and intention, we return to the present moment — the place where healing, insight, and transformation unfold.
The Full Moon amplifies awareness, making it an ideal time to let go of stress and create space for clarity and renewal.
No experience necessary. Drumming is always optional.
