Family Sound Bath
A Guided Meditation, Sound & Reiki Healing Experience for Families and Children.
Join us for a peaceful and nourishing experience designed for families and children to connect, relax, and heal together. In this session, there are no expectations, simply come as you are. You are welcome to bring your own blanket for extra comfort, but everything you need will be provided.
All ages are welcome
Please remember to wear comfortable clothing
An empty stomach can be beneficial to help you get the most out of the session
You are welcome to bring your own blanket for extra comfort, but all equipment including mats and blankets will be provided for you.
During this session, you will experience a variety of soothing sounds, including the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more. The sound vibrations will help guide you into a deep state of relaxation, offering a chance to simply lie down, be still, and just be.
In addition to the Sound healing, Reiki energy will flow throughout the session, helping to balance and restore your energy while promoting a sense of peace and well-being.
