Join us for our Monthly Dementia Support Group on Tuesday, April 15th at 4:00 p.m. Stone Creek of Littleton is partnering with our friends at Bloom Healthcare to provide our residents and family members experiencing dementia with a loved one with a monthly support group.
Please note, Stone Creek staff will not be facilitating this group. Dale Eudy (Hospice Chaplain) and Catherine Beattie (Social worker) from Bloom will lead the group.
This will occur on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4pm and is a great way to listen to other's experiences with dementia and share your own as well if you feel compelled.
