Come join us for our SECOND monthly walk focused on movement, connection, and community. Whether you're on a fitness journey, just starting out, or simply want to move more and meet others who care about health — this is for you.
What to Expect:

✔️ Fun convos and positive vibes with an amazing group
✔️ Pre & Post-walk treats featuring 1st Phorm goodies — protein samples, hydration sticks, and more
✔️ Family and friends welcome – kids, strollers, and friendly pups too!
