This experience is not about diagnosis or performance; it’s about exploration, release, and alignment. Together, we use drumming and sharing as a catalyst for clarity, confidence, and inner strength.When we drum, we synchronize body and mind, regulate our nervous system, and reconnect with our natural rhythm of life. Drumming is more than music. It’s connection and transformation—an embodied way to process energy, emotions, and insight.

Strong Heart Warriors is led by Sean Mizer, and it is more than a drum circle, Strong Heart Warriors strives to be a community of support and connection. We welcome all without judgment. Drumming, sharing the talking stick, and trying new experiences, our community fosters belonging. Strong Heart Warriors offers a safe place to be genuine and to witness the authenticity of others.
