Part 1 of Book Yoga:Wear your comfy and appropriate pajamas or loungewear, bring your pillow and blanket, a water bottle and a book you are currently reading. We will do some self-care before settling in to spend time in restorative seated and reclined positions and catching up on a chapter or two.
Part 2 of Book Yoga:
Discuss a monthly book based upon spirituality, personal growth and expansion, and then close with a brief guided meditation. This first month will be Braiding Sweet Grass by Robin Kimmerer. You may buy the book on-line, borrow the book from the library, or rent it from a personal audio membership.
Tea and water are available during class.
Sliding Scale $46-28.00 per person.
