Join us for a fun and educational outdoor adventure as we explore and document the diverse wildlife and beautiful flowers on our land. Our Monthly BioBlitz Group meets the first Sunday of the month for three hours of hands-on nature activities and community science.Activities will Include:
Wildlife and Flower Recording: Spend time exploring specific areas of our land to observe, identify, and record various species of plants, insects, birds, and other wildlife.
Photography: Bring your camera or smartphone to capture the beauty of nature and contribute to our species records.
Microscope Exploration: Use microscopes to examine tiny organisms and details up close, enhancing our understanding of the natural world.
Drawing and Crafts: Kids can enjoy craft activities and drawing sessions, making it a perfect family outing.
Species Identification: Work together to identify each species you find, learning from each other and from expert participants.
Also:
Cake and Cuppa: Refreshments will be provided to keep you energised and engaged.
Family-Friendly: Activities designed to be fun and educational for both adults and children.
