Every third Saturday of the month, HOTY partners with Keep Brevard Beautiful to host a special Karma yoga (free and do good yoga) and beach cleanup! We'll start with a quick yoga warm up session before we grab buckets and gloves and clean up our coastline! No need to bring yoga mats. We'll be doing a standing series to take a stand in the sand to love where we live, doing service to be kind and give. KBB will provide all the cleaning equipment, so all you need is your sunscreen and your positive attitude! Be wise, arise at sunrise and exercise! SEAze the day with HOTY & KBB!
