Join us for a relaxing 75-minute sound bath designed to help you feel calm, balanced, and strong as we welcome the new spring season!
Each month, we focus on a different theme—like bringing in light and clarity in January or finding peace and purpose in September. This March, we’ll connect with the changing seasons to feel grounded and refreshed.
You’ll hear the beautiful sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Drums, and an ancient Egyptian Sistrum, which create peaceful vibrations to relax your body and mind.
With only 8 people per session, this small and cozy gathering will help you feel aligned, energized, and ready to shine!
