FOR THOSE SETTING UP:
Please make sure all animals you bring have shade and water!!
Try to get here at 8am or before to start setting up.
We would like everyone to try to park closer together so everyone can fit in a line (against the evergreen tree row across from the main parking lot)
Please pull in straight and park close to the car next to you.
Please keep in mind Historic Greenbrier Farms is the venue only. Greenbrier Farms is not the Organizer of this event. That being said we are happy to answer any questions that we can and connect you with the Organizer if needed

*there is no fee for the animal swap but you can ONLY BRING ANIMALS or animal related items.. this is an animal swap.
Approved items include:
fresh eggs, goat soap - only if selling goats, animal cages, animal feed, animal supplies
Please do not bring jarred goods, candy, crochet, signage, decor or any non animal related items.
Why:
We are a small business striving to make a living, and we currently allow animal swaps on our property at no charge. However, the sale of non-animal-related items directly impacts our sales. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in following this rule.
We hope to continue offering this service at our location and appreciate your support.
We will be there at every swap to enforce this rule.

If you have non animal related items we welcome you to join us on our vendor days. Animals are not allowed on these days due to set up location. Set up will be near our food truck and Farmers Market.
