Join us for first ever Clothbound Cheddar Cracking on Thursday, April 24th at 5:30 pm to view the art of cracking open a wheel and samples. This free event is open to the public and will include samples, pairings, and refreshments with plenty of cheese available for purchase.
Montgomery's Cheddar from Neal's Yard Dairy is a renowned English clothbound cheddar with a history spanning three generations of the Montgomery family on their Manor Farm in North Cadbury, Somerset since 1911. Neal's Yard Dairy has partnered with this family farm where their expert producers visit Manor Farm to select the wheels that fit their desired profile. They select rich, brothy, savory flavors with a crystalline texture that makes it melt in your mouth. This cheddar is aged until it is 2 years old, to allow the deep and complex flavors we so enjoy to develop. We can't wait for you to try this outstanding, classic cheese at our monthly cracking.
