Montclair Music Club welcomes spring with an all vocal program, Monday, April 7th , 7:30 pm, at Presbyterian Church of Upper Montclair, 53 Norwood Ave. This extraordinary program of arias, duets and songs features: soprano Iris Prcic, tenor Rafael Gavidia, and collaborator Eric Olsen, opening the program with Puccini selections including the exciting “E ben altro mio sogno!”; soprano Karen Lundry, with collaborator Barry Spatz, performing "Et incarnatus est" from Mozart's masterpiece the Great Mass in C Minor, a Bellini arietta and "Czárdás" from the charming operetta Die Fledermaus; soprano Mia Riker-Norrie, baritone Alan Briones, and collaborator Rebecca Eng performing the beautiful and moving La Traviata Act 2 Duet; and soprano Julia Rolwing, with collaborator Soyeon Kim, singing the soaring melodies of Richard Strauss’ Four Last Songs. Free and open to the public. Donations welcome.
