Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra provides live musical accompaniment for a special Halloween screening of the silent classic “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” (1939, NR). In 15th century Paris, the hunchback Quasimodo (Lon Chaney) lives in the towers of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. He falls in love with a kindhearted woman named Esmeralda, who is wrongly accused of a crime. Quasimodo risks everything to protect her, even as the world around them is cruel and unforgiving.
