We're taking Weird Flex on the road!
Join us as we journey to our friend Zak's gym, Death Comes Lifting in PITTSBURGH, as we hold a restorative practice, set to stories of classic monster tales.
Restorative yoga is a sloowww, very gentle and restful practice that allows the body to recover from stress responses, muscle tension, and excess cortisol in our systems. While poses are often relaxed into for 5-15 minutes each, you're always encouraged and welcome to do your practice at your own pace, so long as you try not to disturb your neighbors.

Cost: $16.66 (class signups are through a separate, external link for Death Comes Lifting)
Sensory Notes: We will likely be practicing in candlelight for this class. The AC works well, but the room is cozy. Please dress extra comfy for rest and relaxation.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough. Please also bring a firm couch cushion, double stuffed pillow and/or yoga bolster. We do not have community yoga bolsters, and you'll really wish you had a cushion of some sort for most of our restorative class poses.
Parking: Parking is along Warrington Street. There should be plenty of parking, but it's always fun to carpool.
A waiver is signed at the beginning of each class that states you agree to take charge of your own practice and listen to your body. We also do a class photo but you never have to be in it, and we ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
