Finishing off outdoor season with a different formatREV CO 4s (2 guys, 2 girls)
LOCATION:
STALEY FIELD at Briscoe Park
Field below briscoe park and closer to main road. We will post exact map to the field once we get closer to the tournament date.
- Parking is limited, may require a walk from parking spot to field.
DATE: Saturday, October 26th
HALLOWEEN THEME:
** ANY TEAMS THAT DRESS UP FOR HALLOWEEN WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAWING FOR BEST COSTUMES/ THEME **
WINNING TEAM (VOTED VIA INSTAGRAM) WILL RECEIVE A PRIZE FROM 2HYPEVOLLEYBALL.
- Teams DO NOT have to wear their costumes all day.
- Voting will begin at 9:30am on our IG after we've taken all pics of participating teams, and voting ends after pool play. Winners will be announced prior to playoffs.
This isn't officially announced, but 2hypevolleyball is implenting our own style of outdoor rules that WE WANT to do. This will be on going for all formats we do unless specified. The gist of our rules are:
we allow open hand receives outdoors, everything else remains the same for outdoor grass rules.
- OPEN HAND receives ARE allowed
- Guys must hit behind the 10 ft line and CANNOT block or jump in front of the 10 ft line / at the net.
- Teams MUST consist of 2 guys and 2 girls.
- Block does NOT count as a touch
- No set overs
- No finger action upon hits
Registration will be on volleyballlife, our first time using volleyball life and working with them.
