Come see the Monroe Crossing band at Arts Bonita!Monroe Crossing has been a notable part of the Minnesota music scene. Though they have a heavy inspiration from Bill Monroe, the Father of Bluegrass himself, Monroe Crossing has made a name for themselves with original music and performances. They were awarded the “Bluegrass Album of the Year” by the Minnesota Music Academy and were inducted into Minnesota’s Music Hall of Fame in 2016. They have also twice attended the “world of Bluegrass” convention, hosted by the International Bluegrass Music Association, and have also made appearances at the iconic Carnegie Hall in New York City.
Monroe Crossing has been performing hundreds of shows each year, for over 20 years, and soon they’ll be making their way to Arts Bonita in southwest Florida!
