The Monroe County Trauma Summit offers a unique opportunity to come together in a collaborative environment focused on education, advocacy, and healing. Our event will empower individuals, families, and organizations with practical knowledge and resources to promote resilience, positive mental health, and trauma-informed care throughout our community. The summit serves as a platform for sharing innovative practices, building meaningful connections, and inspiring actionable change. This year our program will have three tracks.
1. Adult Track:
Empower yourself with insights and resources to heal from the past and promote mental wellness. Our Adult Track offers sessions designed to support community leaders, caregivers, mental health professionals and the general public in trauma-informed care.
2. Youth Track:
Growing stronger together! Our Youth Track brings young voices to the forefront, offering engaging discussions and tools for building resilience and meeting the unique needs of youth.
3. Experiential Track: Feel the power of healing in action. Join our Experiential Track for hands-on activities that explore new pathways to resilience, including art therapy, mindfulness practices, and more.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and make a difference.
