THIS WORKSHOP IS AVAILABLE FOR MONROE COUNTY RESIDENTS.Learn everything you need to know about purchasing your first home! At this workshop you will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers in the field. Speakers will include a Lender, Realtor, Inspector, Insurance Agent, and Attorney. This workshop is provided at no cost to you.

The event will be from 10am-4pm and lunch will be provided. To qualify for the Homebuyer Certificate, which gives you eligibility to cost savings programs, you must attend the entire event.
