This month’s special guest storyteller: Sammi McCarthy

Sammi McCarthy (she/her) grew up in SacTown, CA and has been residing in La La Land for nearly a decade (minus that year living her abroad dream wildly & freely in Amsterdam). She got her improv education at iO West and performs with her current team, The Cult, at various theaters around town. She works in Television Casting at Lionsgate Studios and STARZ Network and is passionate about giving improvisers opportunities. In her free time, she produces and hosts a monthly stand up comedy show at Bar 1642 in Historic Filipinotown attracting the best comics in the Los Angeles area. Her dream is to make other people’s dreams come true and she would love to meet you! Don’t be shy— please come say hi after a show! She loves making friends out of strangers and brings kindness to everything she encounters. She’s a whole lot of rainbow!
