Money shows up everywhere in life, but most people are never taught how it actually works. Understanding the basics early helps you make smarter choices and feel more confident as you start earning, saving, and spending.

This in-person Power Hour helps you learn real world money skills in a simple, judgment-free way. We focus on practical examples you can relate to and tools you can actually use, not confusing math or lectures.

During this session, you will:

• Learn what budgeting really means and how to start
• Understand spending habits and everyday money choices
• Build awareness around saving and planning ahead
• Learn how money connects to goals and independence
• Gain confidence talking about money and asking questions

SkillZilla Power Hours are interactive, supportive, and designed for where you are right now. You do not need any prior money experience to participate.

This Power Hour works as a standalone session and also connects to SkillZilla cohorts and future opportunities.
