Mondo Cozmo, aka Josh Ostrander, is a Philly-raised, West Coast-based rock & roll songsmith. This is for the Barbarians is his third album following his 2020 release, New Medicine, and 2017’s Plastic Soul. This is for the Barbarians should be consumed as a singular piece.
