About this Event
A beginner's Vinyasa flow yoga class that focuses on gentle movements synchronized with breath, aimed at building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Participants are guided through a series of poses, flowing smoothly from one to the next, with emphasis on proper alignment and modifications to accommodate varying levels of ability. The class ends with a brief breath work practice to promote a sense of calm and well-being.
Taryne has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and has been teaching yoga for more than five years. Her style incorporates breath work, focused movement, and varied flows matched to music. In addition to yoga, she loves love music, tea, cats and is a Swiftie!
